Delivery

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes vary by location:

  • Victoria: 3–5 business days
  • All other states: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by postal network delays.

Returns

At Yering Station, we stand behind the quality of our wines. If your order does not meet expectations, we’re here to help.

Returns may be accepted if:

  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery, and
  • You provide your order details at the time of enquiry

To return your order:

  • Items must be in good condition and in their original packaging
  • Please take the goods to your local post office to arrange return shipping

Refunds & Replacements

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we will process either a refund or replacement, as appropriate.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
