Our Family is a spend-based loyalty program that rewards your continued exploration of our wines. By joining the family, you can explore and shop across our three wineries—Yering Station, Xanadu and Mount Langi Ghiran—in the one place, with no lock-in commitments. A seamless way to discover our complete collection of wines, with benefits that build over time.
Every purchase contributes points against your annual spend balance, whether online or at our cellar door. As your wine collection grows, so too do your benefits, unlocking tiered discounts, priority access, and exclusive offers.

How do Family discounts work?
Once you’ve joined, your tier and discount are based on your spend across 12 months. Your benefits stay with your account for 12 months and update automatically as your spend changes.
Sign up at checkout or via our Join the Family page, and your spend from that purchase onward counts towards your tier.
- Bronze: spend up to $199 to enjoy 5% off
- Silver: spend $200 - $499 to enjoy 15% off
- Gold: spend over $500 to enjoy 20% off
When does my Family discount start?
Family discounts start once you’re a member. If you choose to sign up at checkout, your first order value counts towards your tier. No discount is applied to the fist order. Spend over $199 and you’ll move straight into the 15% tier, or spend over $500 and you’ll qualify for 20%. Your discount will then apply automatically to your next order when you’re signed in.
How do I receive my discount?
If you’re shopping with us online, simply make sure you’re signed into your account. Once signed in, your discount will be visible on the Shop page based on your current spend tier.
If you’re shopping with us at any of our three Cellar Doors, simply let our staff know your name, phone number or email at the point of purchase.
What happens to my Family membership if I upgrade to a Wine Club membership?
In this case, your profile will be updated to reflect your new Wine Club membership where you'll start enjoying additional Member benefits.

Login to your account and select the Loyalty tab to find out what tier you are
What is the cost of delivery?
Our Bronze tier incur a flat rate delivery fee of $30 on orders below $200. Our Silver and Gold tiers enjoy free nationwide delivery.
