How do Family discounts work?
Tiers and associated discounts are applied based on your spend across 12 months. These benefits are carried with your account for 12 months and will automatically update as your spend does.Sign up today and begin enjoying these benefits.
- Spend up to $199 to enjoy 5% off
- Spend $200 - $499 to enjoy 15% off
- Spend over $500 to enjoy 20% off
If I spend over $199 on my first purchase, will I receive 15% off?
Yes, you will receive your 15% discount which will be automatically applied at checkout. Additionally, if your purchase exceeds $500, you will also automatically qualify for 20% off at checkout.
How do I receive my discount?
If you’re shopping with us online, simply make sure you’re signed into your account. Once signed in, your discount will be visible on the Shop page based on your current spend tier.
If you’re shopping with us at any of our three Cellar Doors, simply let our staff know your name, phone number or email at the point of purchase.
What happens to my Family membership if I upgrade to a Wine Club membership?
In this case, your profile will be updated to reflect your new Wine Club membership where you'll start enjoying additional Member benefits.

What is the cost of delivery?
Our Bronze tier incur a flat rate delivery fee of $30 on orders below $200. Our Silver and Gold tiers enjoy free nationwide delivery.
