Harvest Method

After a late and wet winter, it was a warm and relatively dry growing season with a few hot days dispersed throughout. Yields were variable and generally much lower than anticipated particularly in white varieties, partially because of the extreme bird pressure—due to a lack of Marri blossom. Overall, the quality of wine produced from vintage 2025 is generally very good.t rainfall from October through harvest. The abundant Marri blossom kept bird pressure low, and picking commenced on 19th January—almost three weeks early. 2024 will be remembered as a powerful, early vintage in Margaret River
