Tasting Notes

Palate

Powerful and complex, showing what our Reserve Chardonnays can achieve given time to age. Citrus pith, melon rind, crushed cashews and beautiful white florals. The oak shows its presence in a toasty way, but it compliments and lifts the fruit. The palate has a lovely balance of fleshy, ripe stone fruits with a precise and lean acid backbone that gives the wine shape and wonderful length. A long life still ahead.
