These wines are produced from vineyards that are carefully managed by Yering Station’s team to ensure they reflect, and continue to reflect, Yarra Valley’s hallmark characters. \n \nClassic in style, this wine displays a tight mineral backbone overlaid with opulent stone fruit creaminess. The center is richly complex, with a typical Yarra Valley long and lingering finish.

The complexity comes from the fruit and the vintage, not oak (which is integrated) or other sources, and has a long, balanced palate. Has obvious development potential, but not the power of the Reserve.
