Tasting Notes

Colour

Pale-straw.

Nose

The bouquet of this elegant Chardonnay displays delicate pear and grapefruit characters with underlying hints of white flowers, lanolin and oyster shell adding complexity.

Palate

The sophisticated palate is offering white peach, tangy citrus flavours and a wonderful purity of fruit. The wine offers a quartz-like crystalline structure with a bracing acid backbone which focusses the wine to a crisp, lingering finish.
