Tasting Notes

Colour

Pale-straw.

Nose

Pure fruit on the nose, offering lemon zest, oyster shell and a jasmine, floral perfume.

Palate

Elegant and balanced with layers of textural complexity from extended stirring on lees. Lemon pastry, wet slate minerality, sea spray and pithy ruby grapefruit are all held together with a focused acidity.
