The season was just about perfect for this style. It’s from Sangiovese, which always works so well for rosé. Greets with a mix of raspberry and cherry, the palate is dry as chips, but the texture gives it a sense of richness albeit on a light body. Excellent modern style of rosé.

Rosé made with 75/25% sangiovese/shiraz. A dry, savoury style, pale crimson in colour with a slight copper tinge. Expressive aromatics lead to a direct, mouth-watering, refreshing palate, all pomegranate, citrus, fragrant herbs and cherry. It's fairly slight but it uses dryness to its keen advantage.
