Pale straw lemon.

Nose

Green apple skin, jasmine, oyster shell and subtle, freshly leavened dough.

Palate

Crisp and pure, beautifully taut yellow citrus and green apple combine with oyster shell salinity and delicate white florals. The palate finishes long and fruitful with hints of freshly baked ANZAC biscuits.
