Tasting Notes

Colour

Brilliant medium garnet.

Nose

Fresh raspberries, red cherries and rose petals, with a delicate carraway and clove spice.

Palate

The finely structured palate shows both restraint and generosity in character. So many layers of complexity to tease apart through its red and earthen fruits, whole bunch spice and oak. Its a knife's edge of delicate poise with a long unfurling finish.

Cellar

Drinking beautifully now, this wine will also favour 8+ years of cellaring.
